Make an appointment |

| By right clicking you will see this menu...And, after selecting '1 Hour' the appointment appears at the point on the page where you clicked... |

If you are a little off with your clicking, the system will 'nudge' the appointment into the nearest 15 minute slot. |

If you want to move an appointment, all you do is hold down the shift key, click on the appointment (the hand cursor will appear), and drag it to where you want it to be. Notice the yellow 'shadow' behind the timeline, this allows you to see the time slot you are dropping the appointment into. |

If you drop the appointment onto a slot where a clash occurs you will see this message... |

If you decide that you want to make the appointment longer or shorter simply press the Ctrl key and click on one end or the other of the appointment (the double arrowhead cursor will appear) and drag it accordingly... |

If you have placed an appointment on the wrong day or you need to delete it, just point and right click on it and this menu will appear. You can cut or paste the appointment to another position on this day or any other. |

Some people are more comfortable with
an am/pm style of clock as opposed to a 24 hour display. |

Clock style can be configured from the menu bar to each user's preference. The Diary 'remembers' this next time the form is opened. |
