What will you do if you loose the diary?

In any organisation the diary is one of the most important documents which, if lost, will bring most systems to a chaotic standstill.  The Rainbow Diary recognises this and in addition to the usual backup routines, two more back-up utilities are built into the system.

From the menu bar it is possible to 'dump' the last three months of appointments and the next three as well into an Excel spreadsheet in a folder of your choosing.  At least in this way you will have a means of listing, printing, searching and sorting your appointments using Excel.

It is also possible to back-up the complete diary into a text file for storage off the premises.

These additional back-up measures together with the usual overnight back-up of the server should ensure that you never loose the diary.
