If you would like an evaluation copy of the Rainbow Diary please email rbs@accessibleit.co.uk

State which version of Access you are using (2000, XP or 2003) and whether you want a stand alone system or one that will work on a local area network.

The evaluation copies will time-out after a month or so and will not work if the number of appointments exceeds 1500. You will receive countdown warnings over the trial period. Other than that, the evaluation copies are the same as the full version.

When the software arrives we can provide telephone support to help you install it.  We promise not to plague you with sales calls after the installation is complete.

In order for things to proceed smoothly please check to see whether your copy of Access is up to date.  Open Access, click on Help/About MS Access.  A form will open, the top of which looks like this...

If you see that your version is showing SP-3 for Access 2000, this is OK but if you see SP-2 for Access XP then this is out of of date! It should read SP3.
