Colour appointments

The format flagged as 'default' is the one you get when right-clicking to insert an appointment.

The Format Name field displays the selected colours and text format.

Once you save the format, it can be easily applied from the appointment form.

Using this form, the diary names of the people (or objects) can be painted in a similar fashion to the appointments.

If you click on one of the colouring buttons you see the left half of the 'Color' form.  If you then click the 'Define Custom Colours' button the spectrum on the right hand side appears.

You can click anywhere in the spectrum to select a colour for an appointment or diary name but be warned, with colour less is more!
