Price and installation |
The Rainbow Diary® costs £104.00 + VAT per year (£2 per week). The diary "times out" after 12 months and if you intend to go on using it you will need to renew your licence for another 12 month for £104 + VAT If you choose not to renew your subscription, the diary will display your data but you will not be able to insert any new appointments. The licence fee includes free upgrades to the next version of MS Access (but not Access 2007 and later) Please include a cheque, together with a note of your setup preferences made payable to ACCESSible IT Limited at the following address.
For on-site installation and training add another £400 + VAT per day. Additional expenses for travelling and overnight accommodation will be charged at cost. Licence Conditions Installation Arrangements will be made over the telephone to talk you through the installation procedure and to explain how to use the diary. This will last for approximately 30 minutes. Installation isn't difficult and the system will be up and running at the end of the telephone call. Configuring the diary to work over a network is as simple as running the linked table manager - it will take, at most, a couple of minutes. Sometimes, the linked table manager hasn't been installed when your copy of MS Office was put on the PC; all you need to do is get hold of the original installation disk and install it from there. If you already use a secured Access database with another workgroup file you will need to set up a smart icon to open the diary. Again this is easy to do and we will talk you through it as well as providing an example. You should ensure that the latest service packs for Windows and Office have been installed. |
