Print the diary in black and white |

The diary can be printed in full colour - the full size screen shot you can see from the opening form shows how this would look. However such a page would be expensive if it was run off every day on a colour printer. With this in mind three reports are included which allow printing in black and white. They look like this... |

If you want to email these reports to someone you can do so in the form of a snapshot report. If the person you are sending them to doesn't have Microsoft Access installed on their PC it doesn't matter. All they need to do is download a free copy of the snapshot viewer from Microsoft and they will be able to read and print the reports as if they had a full copy of Access on their machine. A recent improvement in the command bar has added the facility to choose whether you want to see appointments over a set number of days or up to a specific date. You can choose to type a number or a date into the 'For ? Days or To Date'. |
