The Rainbow Diary^® & Planner - Home Page

The Rainbow Diary® is a Microsoft Access database. It is suitable for individuals or workgroups of varying size.  It works over a local area network and allows everyone to see and update a diary from their PC. Appointments or diary members can be colour coded - hence the name. The system can be used for staff, absences, rooms, vehicles, shift rosters or anything that needs to be logged or booked against a specific time and date. Appointments can be annotated, referenced or priced. Pages can be printed for a particular date or for a variable number of days for a workgroup or one of its members. Important messages for a given date can be displayed in the top right corner of the main form. Blocks of standard appointments can be inserted or deleted using a form wizard. Adding or deleting an appointment is accomplished by a simple right click.
